For the first time, Dr. Porumb reports at the ISAPS congress in San Francisco, USA (2010) the limitation of the scar size for the insertion of silicone breast implants to a size of only 3 cm! practically halving the scars used in the classic way for this intervention (between 5-6 cm)! You can see in the references chapter the opinion of Prof. James L. BAKER, Jr. the most experienced breast implant surgeon in the world!
